Meet Our Dental Care Team
Our practice is built around a team of experienced doctors, hygienists, assistants, and patient coordinators who work together to make every visit comfortable, efficient, and reassuring.
Many of our team members grew up in the Iowa City area and have spent their entire careers caring for North Liberty families — some for over 20 years.
Our six general dentists — Dr. Debra Carneol, Dr. Kristen Oberman, Dr. Lori Fridrich, Dr. Nicol Gindorff, Dr. Meredith Marschall, and Dr. Kat Benson — each brings their own background and areas of interest, but shares a common commitment to comprehensive, gentle dental care for patients of every age.
Together they provide the full range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including implants, dentures, partials, bridges, fillings, extractions, crowns, and tooth whitening, as well as preventive services that keep smiles healthy for the long run. Most of our doctors are University of Iowa College of Dentistry graduates who have practiced in this community for decades, and all of them are currently welcoming new patients.
Our Hygienists & Assistants
Behind every great dentist is an equally dedicated clinical team. Our registered dental hygienists provide thorough, gentle cleanings and preventive care, and several are certified in local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and laser dentistry.
Our expanded-function dental assistants support every procedure from routine fillings to same-day crowns, and our office manager and patient coordinators make scheduling, paperwork and insurance questions simple.
It’s a team that genuinely enjoys getting to know our patients — many have been part of the North Liberty Dental family for 10, 20, even 30 years.
